Can I buy a product directly from you?
Sorry, but we sell only through retailers (with the current exception of Rocker Skins.)

Does AK make anything else besides chairs?

Expect to see additional innovative furnishings and solutions that make the indoor and outdoor seating experience more enjoyable, comfortable, and intuitive.

Are there weight limits for the AK Rocker 100 and 200?
For users who weigh over 175 pounds, we recommend using the included Powerstrap. For users who weigh over 275 pounds, we recommend that you proceed with caution.

For users who weigh over 250 pounds, we recommend that you proceed with caution.

How do I get replacement parts for my AK Rocker 100 or 200?
Please e-mail Customer Service at csg@ak.com. It is very helpful for us to see the part that you need replaced, if possible please attach a couple digital pictures of the part you need replaced with your email.
