Please note that in order to resolve a warranty claim, we will need the following information:
1) Your name, shipping address and contact info
2) The specific chair you are having problems with,
3) When and where you purchased your AK chair,
4) Pictures of the problem you are having (email seems to be the quickest and easiest way to send these pictures).
